Finding a business
How are businesses ranked?
By reviews, how complete their page is and how fast they reply to customers. A Boosted business shows first for its kind of search, marked Sponsored. Nobody can pay to change a rating.
Why can't I see a phone number?
Numbers show once you log in — with your mobile number and a code — the way JustDial does it. It keeps the numbers off bots and scrapers.
What does the blue tick mean?
Zynkrow looked at the business's GST certificate or registration papers. Hover or tap the tick to see what was checked and when.
What is Near me?
Your browser's location becomes the city you're searching in, and results can be sorted by distance. We keep the point only to do that; it's not shown to businesses.
Enquiries and quotes
What happens when I post a requirement?
The nearest businesses of that kind (up to forty) get it in their Zynkrow app. Each may answer once with a price; you see the quotes under My enquiries and in the app. Your number isn't shown to a business until you reply to it.
How do I accept a quote?
Under My enquiries, tap Accept on the one you want. That closes the requirement — no more quotes — and opens your chat with that business in the Zynkrow app.
A requirement got no replies.
After a day with no quote it goes to five more businesses on its own. You can also close it and post again with more detail, or enquire with one business directly from its page.
Reviews and your account
Who can write a review?
Anyone with a Zynkrow account, once per business, never the owner. A reviewer who asked or ordered through Zynkrow wears a Customer mark. You can edit or remove yours under My reviews.
Is my Zynkrow app account the same as this one?
Yes — one mobile number, one account. Log in here with the same number; your enquiries, saved businesses and reviews are shared, and a business you switch on here shows in the app.
Something is wrong with a listing.
On the business's page, open 'Something wrong with this listing?' and tell us. Zynkrow checks every report.
Running a business
How do I list mine?
Tap List your business, log in with your mobile number and name your business — free, live in minutes. If Zynkrow already listed it, you'll be offered to claim that page instead.
Where do I manage it?
On business.zynkrow.com/manage after logging in, or in the Zynkrow app under Business — both the same business.
Can I have it on my own domain?
Yes — ask Zynkrow. Your page can run on www.yourbusiness.com with its own certificate; it's a paid add-on set up by our team.
